01What agents do

Far more than a chatbot.

Chatbots and inbox filters are the easy part. We engineer agents that run the back office, complete your data, watch your operation, sell for you and read your numbers.

01Orchestration

Orders that move through every system, even the ones with no API

A new order lands in your store. The agent checks stock, places the purchase order on your supplier’s website, logs the bill in QuickBooks and sends the customer a tracking number, in seconds. When a system has no API, the agent works its website the way a trained employee would: it signs in, fills the form, reads the confirmation and records the result.

  • APIs, webhooks, databases and browser automation
  • Each hand-off verified before the next step runs
  • Exceptions routed to a person with the full trail

Running todayMotoSeeker’s dealer sync works this way, with no dealer API required: it keeps listings current straight from dealers’ own websites.

02Data enrichment

Data that completes itself in the background

Missing specs, contacts, categories and prices weaken every report and every customer answer. A research agent works through your records around the clock, finds what’s missing from reliable sources, fills only the blanks and notes where each answer came from. Anything it can’t confirm waits for review instead of being guessed.

  • Fills blanks only, never overwrites your entries
  • Every value checked against allowed ranges
  • Low-confidence answers held for review

Running todayMotoSeeker’s spec researcher fills in what sellers leave blank on new listings.

03Anomaly detection

Real-time monitoring that finds problems before your customers do

Background agents watch your systems while you sleep: failed payments, stalled syncs, orders stuck between systems, inventory drifting out of line, error spikes and sudden drops in traffic. The moment something is off, you get a text or email that says what happened, where, and what the agent already did about it.

  • Checks every minute or every night, matched to the risk
  • One alert per problem, never a flood
  • Safe stops: when a source goes down, the agent pauses instead of guessing

Running todayIf MotoSeeker’s AI service can’t be reached, its inventory agent stops rather than mark a live bike as sold.

04Sales

A sales agent that knows your business cold

Trained on your products, prices, policies and past conversations, a sales agent answers the questions customers actually ask, recommends the right option, qualifies the lead and books the next step, at 9 p.m. on a Sunday as easily as on Monday morning. It quotes only what your systems confirm and hands off to your team with the whole conversation attached.

  • Answers grounded in your catalog and policies
  • Prices and availability pulled live from your systems
  • Hands off to a person the moment it should

Running todayRev, the assistant we built for MotoSeeker, matches riders to live listings from one plain-English sentence.

My AC is blowing warm air and I have a dog at home. Can someone come tomorrow morning?

Yes. A technician can be there tomorrow between 8 and 10 a.m., and I’ve noted the dog for them. The diagnostic visit is $89, credited toward the repair. Shall I book it?

Book it. Can I pay when they arrive?

Done. You’re booked for 8 to 10 a.m., payment on arrival. You’ll get a text when the technician is on the way.

05Reporting

Reports that arrive already read

An analyst agent pulls from your store, books, ad accounts and CRM, then annotates what deserves your attention: spikes, drops, bad data, unusual returns, record days and the trend that’s about to become a problem. You open one brief instead of five dashboards.

  • Pulls from every system you report on
  • Flags anomalies, bad data and wins
  • In your inbox before Monday morning

02Under the hood

Engineered like infrastructure, not a demo.

An agent that runs your operation has to keep working when inputs are messy, services go down and nobody is watching. This is what we build into every one.

  • ModelsAnthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT, chosen step by step. Lighter models take the simple work, which keeps running costs down.
  • ConnectionsAPIs, webhooks, databases, file drops and browser automation for systems with no API.
  • KnowledgeYour catalog, documents, policies and history, so every answer comes from your business.
  • GuardrailsWritten permission scopes, allowed-value checks and confidence thresholds on every decision.
  • OversightReview queues, hand-offs with the full history, and an audit log of every action the agent takes.
  • ReliabilityAutomatic retries, a backup AI provider where it matters, and safe stops when a source goes down.
  • Cost controlRight-sized models, cached instructions and spending caps written into your plan.
  • MonitoringAlerts the moment something fails, plus a regular report on what the agent did.

03Proof in production

We don’t just build AI agents. We run them.

MotoSeeker, the marketplace we built from a blank slate, runs on more than 50 automated checks, over a dozen of them powered by AI. They research, verify, sync, monitor and sell every day, and a person reviews anything they aren’t sure about.

Agents on dutymotoseeker.comLive
  • Dealer inventory syncReads each dealer’s website on a schedule, adds new bikes, updates prices and photos, and marks sold ones. A bike it can’t match goes to a person.
  • VIN checkVerifies every VIN against the US government’s vehicle database. A mistyped one gets the seller a polite note to fix it.
  • Spec researcherResearches missing engine sizes, seat heights and colors, and never overwrites what a seller entered.
  • Market price checkResearches current prices before a bike is promoted, and says whether it sits under, at or above market.
  • Profile moderationRemoves profanity and hate speech from seller profiles before anyone sees them.
  • Fake account scoreRates every new account’s risk with plain reasons, so a person can spot fakes fast.
  • Inbox triageClears auto-replies and newsletters, unsubscribing first, and leaves anything that might be from a real person.
  • Error watchAlerts our engineers the moment something breaks, once per problem instead of a flood.

Customer-facing AI

Rev, the assistant MotoSeeker riders talk to

Riders describe what they want in plain words. Rev turns that into a real search of live listings, widens it sensibly when nothing matches and says what it changed. Every number it quotes comes from the database, not from the AI.

06How it works

From the first call to an agent in production.

Five steps, transparent pricing, and nothing goes live until you’ve seen it work on your own data.

  1. Step 1Map the job

We walk the workflow with you, end to end, and find where an agent pays off fastest.

  2. Step 2Plan and price

Scope, permissions, connections, timeline and pricing, all in writing.

  3. Step 3Build and test

Our engineers build it and run it against examples of your real work.

  4. Step 4Run side by side

It works next to your team first. Nothing goes live until you’ve watched it perform.

  5. Step 5Live and monitored

Alerts, logs and regular reports from day one. We tune it as the business changes.

SEO brings the calls. AI answers every one.

More leads only pay off if someone answers them fast. We do both: SEO that gets you found on Google, and agents that make sure no lead waits.

07Questions

Straight answers about AI automation.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask in the form, and our head of engineering will answer.

Ask a Question

How much do AI automation services cost?

AI agents start at $2,400. Every business is different, so we review the whole job first: the workflow, every system involved and the volume. You get transparent, written pricing, including what the AI costs to run, and we phase the work at your pace. The pricing section lists everything a build includes.

Can an agent work with software that has no API?

Yes. When a system has no API, the agent works its website or app the way a trained employee would: it signs in, navigates, fills in forms and reads the confirmation, with every step checked and logged. Where an API exists, we use it, because it’s faster and sturdier.

What does an AI automation agency do for a small business?

It builds agents that take whole jobs off your team: routing orders across systems, completing your data, monitoring your operation, answering customers and reading your reports. The difference from off-the-shelf tools is depth: agents built around your workflow, connected to your systems and engineered to run unattended.

How do you keep agents accurate?

Every decision runs inside written limits: allowed values, confidence thresholds and a scope of actions the agent may take. When it isn’t sure, it asks a person instead of guessing. Our own inventory agent’s rule is “same bike or none, never the closest.”

What happens if something breaks at 2 a.m.?

The agent notices first. Failed steps retry on their own, a backup AI provider steps in where one is set up, and when a source is down the agent pauses safely and texts you the details, so you hear about it before your customers do.

Is our data safe?

Agents run on the AI providers’ business APIs, which don’t use your data to train their models. Each agent works through its own login, limited to the tools in its scope, and every action is logged.

Does it work with the software we already use?

Yes. Agents connect to Shopify, QuickBooks, your CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your calendar and your databases. If a tool has no API, browser automation covers it.

Which AI do you build on?

The leading models from Anthropic and OpenAI, chosen job by job. Simple steps run on smaller, faster models, which keeps running costs down, and we can set one provider to stand in for the other if a service goes down.

Will an AI agent replace my staff?

It replaces the repetitive part of the job, not the people. Your team stops re-keying orders, chasing missing data and watching dashboards, and spends that time on customers and decisions.

Do you only work with businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Not at all. Our engineers sit in Fort Worth, and our clients are spread across the country. Calls, screen shares and email cover everything a project needs.

Do you also build custom software?

Yes. When a job needs a portal, a database or a new app, our custom software development team builds it, and agents can run inside it. SEO and website design come from the same team.
