Custom Software Development Built to Last

We engineer the software businesses run on: customer portals, operations platforms, live maps, integrations and marketplaces. Led by a founder with more than 25 years of building software, our Fort Worth team builds in phases, at your pace.

01Where it hurts

Outgrown your spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools?

Most projects start with one of these six problems. Each one has an engineered fix.

You tell us“The spreadsheet has become the system.”

We engineerA web app with one source of truth: every record in one database, every change logged.

You tell us“We type every order twice, once in Shopify and again in QuickBooks.”

We engineerA two-way sync that enters each order once and keeps both systems matched.

You tell us“Only one person knows how it all works.”

We engineerThe process built into the software, with roles, steps and an audit trail, so work never waits on one person.

You tell us“Customers call just to ask where things stand.”

We engineerA customer portal with live status, documents and next steps.

You tell us“We pay for software we had to bend to fit.”

We engineerSoftware shaped around your workflow, with only the features you use.

You tell us“Our old software is outdated, and nobody can fix it.”

We engineerWe take it over, stabilize it and modernize it in phases, without stopping the business.

02What we build

From customer portals to full platforms.

The eight kinds of software we engineer most, for auto shops, contractors, retailers, clinics and online stores.

    • Secure logins
    • Online payments
    • Document sharing
  • Operations platforms

Jobs, orders, scheduling and inventory in one system, from the first call to the final invoice.

    • Scheduling
    • Inventory
    • Invoicing
  • Integrations and APIs

Your store, books, CRM and suppliers kept in sync, so nothing is typed twice.

    • Two-way sync
    • Webhooks
    • Custom APIs
  • Dashboards and reporting

Live numbers from every system on one screen, shaped for each role.

    • Live KPIs
    • Role-based views
    • Scheduled reports

03Track record

Systems we’ve engineered, from live maps to marketplaces.

Our founder has been building custom software for more than 25 years. Here’s some of what that work does, and where each system stands today.

Software that brings in customers, too.

We’re an SEO company first, so everything public we build is fast, structured and ready for Google from day one. Every MotoSeeker listing, for example, carries product data Google can read.

AI built into your software, not bolted on.

The engineers who build our AI agents build your software, so it can read documents, answer questions from your own data and catch problems as they happen.

  • Answers from your own dataStaff and customers ask in plain English and get answers from your records.
  • Flags what looks wrongDuplicates, odd numbers and bad data caught as they come in.

08Questions

Straight answers about custom software.

Not covered here? Put your question in the form below, and you’ll hear back from our head of engineering.

How much does custom software development cost?

Projects we’ve handled run from a $500 fix to $200,000+ platforms built over several months. Every variable counts, so we review everything first: who will use it, what it connects to, the data you have and what has to pay off first. You get transparent pricing, phased at your pace. Here’s how we price a project.

How long does it take?

Each phase gets its own timeline in your plan. MotoSeeker, a full marketplace, went from a blank slate to live in three months, and a focused tool can take far less.

Can you add AI to our software?

Yes. Your software can read invoices and forms and fill in the fields, answer staff and customer questions from your own records, flag anomalies and bad data as they arrive, and complete missing records in the background. The same engineers run more than a dozen AI checks on MotoSeeker. See what’s possible on our AI automation services page.

Who owns the code and the data?

It depends on what we build. Some software is built for you to own outright. Some runs on a platform we host and keep improving, and you subscribe to it. Either way, your data is yours, and the plan spells out who owns what before work starts.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes. We start by reviewing the code and how it’s hosted, then fix what’s broken, keep it running and modernize it in phases, or rebuild the parts that hold you back.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We connect custom software to the tools you rely on, like QuickBooks, Shopify, your CRM, Google Workspace or your suppliers’ systems, so data moves on its own instead of being retyped.

What technology do you build with?

Whatever the project calls for. Our founder has written hundreds of thousands of lines of code in PHP, JavaScript, Python and more, with frameworks like Laravel and platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. MotoSeeker runs on Laravel. We choose the stack for each project and explain the choice in your plan.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. The engineers who built it handle fixes, updates, security and new features, on a hosting and maintenance plan if you want one, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Should we buy software or have it built?

Buy it if an off-the-shelf tool already does nearly everything you need. Build it when you’re bending the business around a tool, paying for features you don’t use, or retyping data between systems. We’ll tell you which side you’re on.

Do you work with companies in Dallas?

Yes. Our team is in Fort Worth, and we build software for companies across Dallas-Fort Worth, the rest of Texas and beyond. Most of a project happens by call, screen share and email.

09Free project review

Tell us what your software needs to do.

Our head of engineering reads every request and answers within one business day. A few lines about the problem will do.

Bring whatever you have

  • The spreadsheet you run on
  • Screenshots of the old system
  • A sketch on paper

It all helps us understand the job. You don’t need to know which technology you need.
